Changing one product in Shopify or WooCommerce takes a minute. Changing 300 takes an afternoon, and one wrong paste can put the wrong price on your whole catalog. Bulk Edit Pro edits the products already in your connected store in bulk, shows you the result before it writes anything, and keeps a snapshot of every product it touches so you can undo the whole job.
How it works
- Load your products. Pick a connected store and press Load all products. Active, draft and archived products all load.
- Filter and select. Search by title, tag, vendor or type, filter by status, and select the products you want.
- Set the operations. Combine text edits, pricing, sale pricing, status, tags and AI operations in one job.
- Preview. See before and after values on the first three selected products.
- Apply. Products update in batches of five with a live result for each one. Keep the tab open until it finishes.
- Revert if needed. The job appears under Recent jobs with a Revert button.
Find exactly what you want to change
The editor loads your whole catalog, up to 1,000 products, including drafts and archived products, then gives you live search across titles, tags, vendors and types plus a status filter. Select all respects your current filter, so putting every product containing the word jacket on sale is a search, a click and an apply.
Every edit that matters
Find and replace in titles and descriptions, title prefixes and suffixes, pricing rules with psychological endings, storewide sale pricing that sets or clears strike-through compare-at prices, publish and unpublish, vendor and product type, tag add and remove, and AI operations: rewritten titles and descriptions, SEO meta and focus keywords in nine languages, written straight into Shopify SEO fields or Yoast on WooCommerce. Some operations are Shopify only, as the table shows.

Sale pricing in two clicks
Choose a sale level and every selected Shopify product gets a compare-at price above its current price, which your theme shows as a strike-through. The options multiply the price by 1.2, 1.3, 1.5 or 2 and end the compare-at price in .99. When the sale ends, choose Remove all compare-at prices and run it on the same selection.
The labels describe the multiplier, not the exact discount shoppers see. A product at 39.99 with the 1.2 option gets a compare-at price of 47.99, which is about 17% off. In the EU, a price reduction must refer to the lowest price you charged in the previous 30 days, so only show a compare-at price you actually charged.
Preview before, revert after
The preview shows exact before-and-after values on sample products before anything touches your store. AI operations are not previewed, because their output changes on every run. The preview lists only what changes: the new title, the price change, the new compare-at price, a status or vendor change, and whether the description will change. And every applied job snapshots the original state of each product first, so a Recent Jobs list lets you revert an entire bulk edit with one click if the result is not what you wanted. Bulk editing without fear.
On Shopify, a revert restores titles, descriptions, variant prices, compare-at prices, tags, status, vendor and type. On WooCommerce it restores names, descriptions, regular prices and status. AI-written SEO fields and focus keywords are not reverted.
Who it is for
Shopify and WooCommerce store owners running sales, repricing after a supplier change, cleaning up imported titles, or filling in missing SEO titles and meta descriptions across a large catalog. Agencies use it to do the same work on client stores without touching a CSV export.
Limits and honest notes
- Up to 1,000 products load per store. Larger catalogs need filtering in batches.
- Pricing rules multiply the current price, so a times 2 rule on a 20.00 product gives 39.99. On WooCommerce, variations of variable products are not repriced.
- AI operations use the key you add in Settings and make one AI call per product.
- If the store rejects an update for one product, that product is marked with the error in the results and the rest of the job continues.
- Shopify focus keywords live in metafields, which Shopify does not display on its own. Yoast fields on WooCommerce appear only when Yoast SEO is active.
- Recent jobs shows the last five jobs per store that have not been reverted, and each job can be reverted once.
How it connects to the other AM Jarvis tools
Products brought in with the Product Importer often need a second pass, and Bulk Edit Pro is that pass. When the GMC Scanner and Fixer reports a pattern across your catalog, such as a banned phrase in a title template, find and replace clears it from every product at once.
Free tools that help
Work out the real percentage a compare-at price shows with the discount calculator, choose a repricing multiplier with the markup calculator, and draft a single meta description by hand with the meta description generator.
