Local Lead Finder Pro

Pick a country, a city and a niche, and get a scored list of local businesses with a weak online presence, a website audit for each one, their contact details and outreach written for you. Included in Pro and Agency plans.

Most local businesses that need a better website or more reviews never tell you. They sit on page two with a 3.8 rating, a handful of reviews and a site nobody has touched in years. Local Lead Finder Pro finds those businesses, shows exactly what is wrong with each one, and hands you the contact details and the words to start a conversation.

It is built for web designers, SEO freelancers, small agencies and rank-and-rent operators. Local Lead Finder Pro is included in Pro and Agency plans.

Search any city and niche

Choose a country, type a city and enter a niche such as roofer, dentist or dog groomer. City suggestions appear as you type for 18 countries, and you can type any city or town by hand when it is not on the list. The tool then pulls the business listings Google Maps shows for that niche and location, using Places data from Serper, so you start from the same businesses a customer would see.

Each result arrives with its listing details, star rating and review count, plus the website link when the business has one. From there, everything else runs automatically.

A lead score that shows who needs help

Every business gets a score from 0 to 100 for how weak its online presence is. A higher score means more room for you to help. The score is built from four signals:

  • Rating: a low average star rating on the listing.
  • Review count: a thin review profile.
  • No website: the listing has no site at all.
  • Weak website: the site exists but fails basic checks in the audit.

Anything scoring 50 or more is a hot lead, and one filter shows only those. Sort by score and your best prospects sit at the top of the list instead of somewhere in row 40.

A website audit for every lead

When a business has a website, Local Lead Finder Pro audits it for you. These are the checks you would otherwise run by hand, one tab at a time:

CheckWhat it tells you
CMS detectionWhich platform the site runs on, including the WordPress version on WordPress sites. An old version is a natural opening for a maintenance offer.
HTTPSWhether the site loads securely. Browsers label sites without it as not secure.
Mobile viewportWhether the page is set up for phones at all.
Title and meta descriptionWhether the page has them, which shapes how it appears in search results.
H1 headingWhether the page has a main heading.
Schema markupWhether any structured data is present.
Load timeHow long the page took to load during the check.
Image alt tagsWhether images are missing alt text.

Each failed check is a specific, fixable problem you can name in your first message. That is far more persuasive than a generic offer to "improve your online presence".

Contact details and a way in

A lead is only useful if you can reach the owner. For each business, the tool extracts email addresses from the website, links to social profiles, whether the site has a contact form, and the copyright year in the footer. A copyright line stuck several years in the past is often a sign that nobody is looking after the site.

It also looks for a WhatsApp link. In many markets that is the quickest route to the person who actually makes decisions.

Evidence the owner can see

Market benchmark

Each business is ranked by review count against the top three businesses in the same local results. Putting the owner's own number next to the three leaders in their city makes the gap concrete, and it gives you a clear target to pitch against.

Keyword visibility

The tool checks page one of Google for three searches built from your niche and city: "niche city", "best niche in city" and "niche near city". For a dentist in Tampa, that is "dentist Tampa", "best dentist in Tampa" and "dentist near Tampa". You see whether the business appears for each one.

Branded audit report

Every lead gets a printable audit report carrying your name and contact details. Open it, print it from your browser, choose save as PDF, and attach it to your first message or bring it to a meeting. The owner gets a document about their own business, and you get credit for the work.

Outreach written for you

For each lead, Local Lead Finder Pro writes a 4-part outreach sequence, so you have a first message and your follow-ups ready before you send anything. Read it, adjust it to your voice, and reference the audit findings that matter most to that owner.

Working a long list? Filter it down, use select all, and prepare outreach for every business in the view in bulk.

Track every lead from first contact to won

Filters keep a big search manageable:

  • Hot leads (score 50 and above)
  • No website only
  • Not contacted
  • Contacted or replied
  • Won

The tool remembers every business you have contacted, across searches. Run the same niche in the same city next month, or a neighboring niche that pulls some of the same listings, and the businesses you already reached are marked. Nobody gets the same cold pitch twice.

Rank-and-rent market score

If you build local sites, rank them and rent the leads to a business, the first question is which market to enter, not which business to pitch. For every city and niche you search, Local Lead Finder Pro gives a market opportunity score from 0 to 100 with a plain verdict, so you can compare markets before you register a domain. Our rank-and-rent guide explains how to read a market beyond the score.

Once you pick a market, Niche Research maps the keywords for it and the AI Site Builder can build the site itself.

How a typical session works

  1. Pick a country, choose or type a city, enter a niche and run the search.
  2. Sort by lead score, then filter to hot leads or no website only.
  3. Open a lead and review the audit, contact details, market benchmark and keyword visibility.
  4. Save the branded audit report as a PDF.
  5. Use the outreach sequence to contact the owner by email, WhatsApp or the contact form, and mark the lead as contacted.
  6. Update the status as replies come in, and mark the lead as won when it closes.
  7. Export the list to CSV for your CRM or spreadsheet.

Export everything to CSV

Every search exports as a CSV with 22 columns, covering the listing, the lead score, the audit results and the contact details you found. Open it in Google Sheets or Excel, import it into your CRM, or use it for a mail merge. Your leads stay yours, in a format any tool can read.
