Your account

You are responsible for your account, your store connections and the content you import, generate and publish through AM Jarvis. Keep your login credentials private.

Fair use

Use the platform for your own legitimate stores and websites. Do not use it to infringe others' intellectual property, to violate the policies of the platforms you connect, or to abuse trial access. Store connections are protected against trial recycling.

Your content

Products you import, sites you generate and content the AI writes for you are yours. You are responsible for having the rights to source material you import and for complying with the advertising and marketplace policies that apply to your business.

Service

We work hard to keep the service fast and available, and we ship fixes quickly, but the service is provided as is, without warranties. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform grows. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Last updated: 2026.
