What we collect

Your account email and password (stored hashed), the store connections you add, and the data those tools need to work: product data you import or edit, sites you generate and research you run. We collect basic anonymous usage data to keep the service reliable.

Your AI keys and store credentials

API keys and store credentials are stored encrypted and are used only to perform the actions you request. We never sell, share or mine your keys, your store data or your generated content.

Cookies

We use cookies for login sessions and basic anonymous analytics. Nothing here follows you around the internet.

Data removal

Delete a store connection and its credentials go with it. To remove your account and data entirely, contact support@jarvisbyam.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date below changes with it. Last updated: 2026.
